It picks up
Answers within two rings, in Dutch or English, with your company name and your tone of voice.
Ringaide picks up on the second ring, asks the right questions, books the job in your calendar and puts real emergencies straight through to you.
Dutch and English. Inbound calls. Nothing for your customer to install.
You cannot answer. It goes to voicemail and the caller does not leave one. They call the next name on the list. By the time you have washed your hands, the job belongs to someone else. Nothing else in your business goes wrong this quietly.
An answering service costs you per call and reads from a script. Voicemail loses you the job. Hiring someone for the phone alone rarely adds up. That gap is the entire reason Ringaide exists.

What broke, where, how urgent, who is calling. A conversation, not a menu with options one through four.
Books the appointment, sends you the summary, or transfers a real emergency straight to your phone.
Reads your availability and puts the appointment in the calendar while the caller is still on the line. They hang up with a time, not a promise that someone will call back.
A burst pipe does not wait for office hours. Ringaide recognises the difference and warm transfers to the on-call number.
Saturday night is answered the same way as Tuesday morning. No voicemail, no answering service reading from a script.
Scope, address and access details written down the same way every time, so you quote from real information instead of half a memory.
Dutch and English from the first call, following whichever language the caller opens with.
A full transcript and a short summary land in your inbox. What was agreed no longer depends on whether someone remembered to write it on a note in the van.
Leaking boiler, Kerkstraat 14 Utrecht. Main tap closed by the caller. Engineer booked today at 14:40. Caller confirmed by text.
A written reconstruction of a real call flow, not a recording.
Most of this market sells you a system that claims to handle everything. That is how trust gets lost on call number four. Ringaide has a hard line between what it settles and what it hands to you.
It never guesses a price, never gives technical advice over the phone, and never argues with an angry customer. Those calls go to a human, with the context already written down.
In each of those cases you get the call warm, with the summary already in hand.

No. It speaks with natural pacing, it interrupts politely, and it lets people finish. Play the call above and judge for yourself. If a caller asks whether they are speaking to a person, the agent says honestly that it is a digital assistant.
No. You keep your number and forward it, either always or only when you do not pick up within a set number of rings. Nothing changes for your customers.
It says so and offers two ways out: transfer to a person, or take a message and confirm the details back to the caller. It never invents an answer to sound smooth.
Two to five working days for the standard setup. We train the agent on your services, your area, your prices where you have fixed ones, and your duty roster, then you call it yourself before it goes live.
Only the monthly fee. Minutes that you do not use do not roll over, but you are never charged for calls that did not happen.
Tell us what your phone does on a normal day. We set up an agent that already knows your company, give you the number, and you call it yourself.
